Scope

The integrated campaign aimed to drive SMEs in six key London boroughs to register for the 'Wayfinder' program, a free expert business advice service from the Mayor of London in partnership with local councils. Combining a strong digital presence with targeted face-to-face outreach, the campaign sought to maximise awareness and engagement across diverse local audiences.

Approach

Our creative strategy focused on simplicity to make the campaign approachable for SMEs. Using clean, minimalist graphics and clear messaging, we created outdoor adverts, videos, social media cards, display ads, leaflets, and website imagery with consistent design across platforms. Grassroots face-to-face outreach, combined with these digital efforts, allowed business advisors to engage directly with local SMEs using accessible materials, boosting participation and engagement across the boroughs.

Outcome

The creative strategy succeeded in generating high engagement across both target audiences. The B2C campaign elements created a buzz on social media, with consumers actively engaging with content and sharing their anticipation for the launch, which led to strong initial sales. Meanwhile, the franchise-focused visuals and content attracted substantial interest from investors and entrepreneurs, leading to numerous inquiries and franchise applications. The campaign effectively positioned the burger brand as both an exciting dining option and a promising business opportunity, establishing a compelling foundation for sustained growth.
