Our creative strategy combined bold visuals and storytelling to showcase the brand’s culinary appeal and We created a bold, character-driven campaign based on the idea that in property management, you're either in control or in chaos. Using a mix of human and animal imagery, we delivered a series of print and digital ads with striking visual contrasts—confident professionals vs. their chaotic counterparts, or split visuals like a composed peacock beside a frazzled turkey. Humour and charm were key, with playful headlines and a focus on people over platform, positioning Kinexio users as calm, capable heroes—while others appeared overwhelmed, outdated, and a step behind.



Outcome
The creative strategy succeeded in generating high engagement across both target audiences. The B2C campaign elements created a buzz on social media, with consumers actively engaging with content and sharing their anticipation for the launch, which led to strong initial sales. Meanwhile, the franchise-focused visuals and content attracted substantial interest from investors and entrepreneurs, leading to numerous inquiries and franchise applications. The campaign effectively positioned the burger brand as both an exciting dining option and a promising business opportunity, establishing a compelling foundation for sustained growth.
