We reimagined the brand’s creative direction by moving away from its traditional illustrative style, opting instead to use authentic imagery of real people to bring performance management to life. These visuals captured genuine expressions and interactions, making the campaign feel grounded and approachable. To enhance the imagery, we incorporated creative background textures inspired by the brand’s design elements, adding a fresh and dynamic layer to the visuals.
